What is my cancellation period?

If the product is not suitable for you, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your item to us.

Return shipping is free in case of malfunction, breakage, or non-conformity of the product received within 14 days. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you.

Return shipping costs in the event of a refund or exchange request are your responsibility.

Returned items must be in their original condition with their labels / instructions / accessories / packaging.

They must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

What is the refund timeframe?

Your refund will be processed automatically after we receive and verify your package, within a maximum of 30 days. The amount will be equivalent to the price of the returned item(s).

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
